Buggyfit is the ultimate fitness class for mums wanting to get back into shape after their new arrival.
Low impact cardio and strengthening exercises is the perfect combo to help you cope with demands of motherhood as we concentrate on the muscle groups that need a little more TLC after pregnancy and into motherhood.
The Buggyfit Classes are also a great opportunity to meet other mums in the area and get out and about.
A little advice before getting started:
• If newly post natal you will need to have had your GP check and been cleared to exercise.
• It is advisable to wear trainers and bring along some water to the class.
• Any buggy or pram is suitable as we do use the pram for exercise, just the comfort for your little one
