Workout because you love yourself, not because you hate your body ๐Ÿ˜Š

The Fit Works Training Team pride ourselves on having a team that is empowered, inspiring and there to support and this lady is no exception. We wanted to introduce our team and so here is Co-Owner and Instructor, Hannah Camden. 

How did you get started? 

My first job out of school was on a gym reception so from then on my passion built and built, while also doing all my relevant qualifications to be able to bring training and inspiration to peoples lifestyles. I ended up working in loads of different gyms, taking all and as many different classes from circuits, body pump, spin, aqua, pre and post natal. 

After having my babies, I was ready for a new adventure, a new challenge and this is where my journey with the Wild Training franchise began. I was able to create and open my very first Wild Training studio and over time I became a director of Wild Training and a franchise manager, building the Wild franchise around the country. Doing this, while also having two young kids, was such a busy time but it was so so much fun! 

 I eventually expanded into a bigger premise with my former business partner and I bought a gym!! We owned that gym together for 3 years and I learnt so much in this time. 

Happiness and health are the most important things in life. Life brings so many different challenges, but it only makes you a stronger person and I have become a stronger person. 

Then in 2019, Pippa and I had some very exciting conversations and we decided we have too much we wanted to do and give to help the community. We joined forces to show you how training can be more fun and can be the part of your day to look forward to rather than dread! 

What is your favourite class to keep fit? 

Oh man!!!!! I find this question SO hard as I am lucky enough to fit them all in. 

I love them all so please donโ€™t make me choose…….๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆI will leave run club to Pippa though….. ๐ŸคฃI would end up putting obstacles in the middle of the runs….๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜‰

How do you love to relax?

To relax, I may have a few things ๐Ÿ˜ŠI love to go SUP boarding, go to the sea, be in the mountains, go skating, go climbing and ride my bike. They make me feel so free and adventure is always good for the mind. I donโ€™t mind who I do them with and I love being part of peoples first experiences in all of them๐Ÿ’–

What is your favourite meal?

Well I LOVE smashed sweet potato with feta, spinach and rocket ๐Ÿ’žthe Beech House in Beaconsfield is the BEST for this!!๐Ÿ’–

What is your favourite cheeky snack?

I love making home made snickers. I make it with dates and peanut butter, covered in dark chocolate ๐Ÿ‘ŒYum!!! 

What inspires me? 

EVERYONE else inspires me, I love seeing people have fun, even if you are not particularly any good at what it is your doing but you love it ๐Ÿ’žpassion fuels me. 

Your Top tips for clients?

Everyone is different, everyone has their own lives, live your life , be happy be healthy be active and surround yourself with people with all the above too or show them the way. Live in the moment , there is nothing you can do about the past, be thankful and you learn from everything you do, itโ€™s good to have a vision but live in the moment.
