Rehabilitation & Performance at Active Rehab

Located in our upstairs therapy room, Active Rehab specializes in sports injury rehabilitation, strength training, and conditioning. Our mission is to help athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday movers bridge the gap between injury and peak performance. Rebuild strength, move pain-free, and perform at your best – whether in sport or in life.

 Outdoor Training at Beaconsfield Rugby Club

For those who love training in the fresh air, we run outdoor bootcamps and strongman classes at Beaconsfield Rugby Club. These sessions are designed to challenge and push your limits while building strength, endurance, and resilience.
