In our small group Personal Training we can offer a small group a  fitness training approach that combines the individualised plan of personal training with the dynamic and supportive environment of a small group setting. In this type of training one of our personal trainers leads a small group of individuals through exercises and workouts tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Unlike traditional personal training, where one-on-one sessions are conducted, small group personal training typically involves a group of 2 to 6 participants. The trainer provides guidance, instruction, and personalised modifications based on each participant’s fitness level, abilities, and goals.

Small group personal training offers several benefits. It allows participants to receive individualised attention from a qualified trainer at a more affordable cost than one-on-one training. Additionally, the group dynamic can foster motivation, support, and a sense of camaraderie among participants, making workouts more enjoyable and engaging.
