Hannah is the other owner of Fitworks Training.

IKMF World Champion in Kettlebell sport with 3 Gold Medals.  In April this year I won another Gold Medal in the world of Kettlebell sport. For the past 20 years I have worked with many wonderful people in large groups, small groups and one to one.  The journey so far has been incredible, and I am looking forward to more adventures and meeting more people from all walks of life.

Strength training is a passion of mine if you are looking to feel stronger physically then I would love to work with you.  “Be strong, be fearless and believe anything is possible” I believe happiness and health are two of the most important things in life.  With all the different challenges life brings it makes you stronger.  Personally, I know my experiences have helped me become a stronger person and instructor.

Confidence coach is one of the other areas I specialise in helping individuals develop and enhance their self-confidence. The primary focus is to empower my clients to overcome self-doubt, fear, limiting beliefs, and to build a strong sense of self-assurance believing in their abilities.

I work with you Online or face to face to become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that may be contributing to your lack of confidence. Helping you identify self-limiting beliefs and patterns that hold you back from fully expressing yourself.

You will work towards realistic goals related to building your self-confidence.

We will look at strategies, techniques to help you overcome your challenges and increase your self-confidence. These may include positive self-talk, visualisation exercises, reframing negative thoughts, body language awareness, and practising assertiveness skills.

I am here for ongoing support and accountability for you. Provide guidance, encouragement, and motivation throughout your coaching process, helping you stay committed to your goals and overcome obstacles that arise.

It’s important to note that I am a confidence coach, not a therapist or counsellor.  Rather a coach who specialises in helping you enhance your self-confidence and self-belief. Your approach is forward-looking, action-oriented, and focused on personal growth and development.


Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, which is a subset of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
My experience of using Reiki 
My  journey to become a reiki master has absolutely been ‘go with the flow.’ This is how I live the best parts of my life. 
I have my goals, my dreams but to get there, living in the moment and being present in each moment is key. It releases tension, calms my central nervous system, and enables me to slow down even when times are busy! I have been doing reiki on myself for the past 15 years, it has been my way of bringing relaxation into my life and now others. I have learnt from the past when I get into a stressful lifestyle blip time passes by, with what feels like 1000 tabs open in my head and I can not focus on any one thing at a time, I feel I am alway in the wrong, with the feeling of being overwhelming busy that i can’t cope. I would ignore my gut feelings and do what I thought was best for myself and others which was making me more and more poorly. 
People may find they hold negative energy in past injured areas, this could flare up as the  mind and body gets tired and stressed. Even if you don’t realise you are feeling stressed and your body just starts to get run down, random aches and pain could flare up,that’s your gut and body telling you to make a change. Working on practice of breath control, healing and well-being would have  a significant influence overall on your health and well-being. 
Not one session of mine is the same, as we are all so different.What works for someone else may not work for you, also timing is everything, being ready to give yourself time.  Learning about yourself, learning new skills that work for you, getting back in touch with your gut feeling you and being willing to try something new, living in the moment and giving yourself some time. All experiences are completely different and come in with no judgement. 

Hannahs Top Tip!

Everyone is different, everyone has their own lives, live your life , be happy, be healthy, be active and surround yourself with people with all the above too or be part of showing them the way. Live in the moment as there is nothing you can do about the past, be thankful and learn from everything you do, it’s good to have a vision but live in the moment. Be happy.
