Yoga Classes

Jem Teaches Yoga for Fitworks Training Beaconsfield. 

Jem loves the magic of yoga and the benefits it brings physically, mentally and spiritually. Physically, you can build strength and suppleness in the body, whilst resting and focusing the mind and enhancing spiritual wellness.

Jem discovered her love for yoga when living in France nearly 15 years ago and has practiced ever since her yoga mat has travelled around the World! After years of practice of vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative and hot yoga, Jem decided to take the next step and completed the RYT 200 Yoga Alliance course at Yoga London before qualifying in 2014.

Jem’s core practice is teaching vinyasa flow and hatha yoga and she also teaches power and restorative yoga too. Jem believes that Yoga offers complete wellness for the mind, body and soul and she is honoured to share her energy and experience in classes. She brings dynamic flows as well as complementary restorative elements to her classes including guided meditations – and, of course, there is always a great playlist! Jem’s aim is for everyone to have a fun, joyful yoga session and leave feeling relaxed and uplifted.

Yoga is a very welcoming, inclusive and positive community. Time dedicated to Yoga is always incredibly well spent and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and glowing! Yoga movement and mindful breathing is so powerful for balancing, strengthening and flexing the mind, body and soul.
