We’re so excited to announce something BIG coming this September and we want YOU to be a part of it!

You may have heard Hannah mention it… but here are the full details:

Friday 5th September 17:00 – Saturday 6th September 17:00

Yes , 24 hours of back-to-back classes and movement.

(45 minutes on, 15 minutes off… non-stop!)

How can you get involved?

You’ve got options:

⿡ Drop in for a class (or two, three, four!!)

Book individual classes through our booking system – just £12 per class, with every penny going to charity.

⿢ Take on the challenge!

Feeling brave? Do 4+ hours of classes back-to-back and help raise money yourself , we’d love you on the team!

This is shaping up to be an incredible community event:

Live DJ playing for 24 hours

World record attempts happening at the gym

Global support – with gyms in Marlow, Flackwell Heath, Cheshire, France, and beyond joining in

Local businesses sponsoring each hour and donating prizes

All raising money for Been There – a suicide prevention charity close to our hearts
