Laura is an IPHM-certified Sound Healing Practitioner with a deep love for the transformative power of sound. She creates immersive sound experiences that invite deep relaxation, inner stillness, and connection. Using the resonant frequencies of crystal quartz singing bowls alongside other therapeutic instruments, each session is thoughtfully woven to support meditation, mindfulness, stress relief, and overall wellbeing.

Drawing on the restorative qualities of sound and vibration, every session offers a unique journey – guiding participants into a space where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can restore. By creating an environment of deep presence and relaxation, Laura’s sessions help cultivate a greater sense of balance, clarity, and calm, leaving participants feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected with themselves.
