Fitworks Training Team

Gemma is a fantastic member of the team, offering 1:1 and small group Aerial silks for beginners and group fitness classes.

As a Fitworks member for 5 years, Pippa and Hannah pushed me to try new things and become fitter, stronger and more confident person.

Now qualified in level 2 group and aerial silks instruction, I love watching everyone sweat it out and give everything in Fitrox and find the joy in climbing, wrapping and flying in the silks!

Fitworks is an incredible community I’m lucky to be part of.
